Who these terms apply to

These terms apply when you use this website, send a contact message, send a booking enquiry, book an event online, or ask us to help organise activities, tables, tickets or other services for your group.

Enquiries are not bookings

Sending an enquiry does not confirm availability, price or a booking. A booking is only confirmed when the required payment or deposit has been received and you receive written confirmation from us, the booking platform or the relevant supplier.

Prices, deposits and payments

• Prices shown on the website are guide prices and may change until confirmed.
• Some events are paid in full at the time of booking. Others use a deposit, with the balance paid in resort or to the supplier.
• Deposit amounts, balance payments, minimum group sizes and payment deadlines vary by event and supplier.
• Unless we tell you otherwise in writing, deposits are final and non-refundable once a booking is confirmed.
• If your group does not attend, arrives late, provides incorrect details or is refused entry because of behaviour, age, dress code or venue rules, refunds are not guaranteed.

Event tickets and date-specific activities

Many products on this site are event tickets or leisure activities for a specific date or time. These may not have a general cooling-off cancellation right once booked. If an event is cancelled or materially changed by the organiser, we will help you follow the supplier or organiser process for replacement dates, credit or refunds where available.

Third-party suppliers

Many events, tables, activities, transfers, boats, shows and venues are operated by third-party suppliers. We may act as an introducer, booking assistant, reseller or local organiser depending on the product. Supplier rules, safety requirements, venue policies and booking platform terms may also apply.

Bokun and online booking widgets

Some pages use Bokun booking widgets or links for live availability and payment. When you book through a widget, the booking platform and supplier may apply their own checkout terms, payment rules, cancellation terms and privacy policy.

Package travel and linked arrangements

Most event, venue and activity bookings on this site are stand-alone services unless your written confirmation says otherwise. If a booking is legally treated as a package or linked travel arrangement, your statutory rights apply and nothing in these terms is intended to remove those rights.

Group organiser responsibility

• The person making the enquiry or booking must have authority to act for the group.
• You are responsible for giving accurate names, dates, group numbers, contact details and event choices.
• You must tell the group about prices, deposits, balance payments, cancellation rules, age limits, dress codes and venue rules.
• You are responsible for making sure the group arrives on time and brings any ID, booking references or confirmation messages required.

Behaviour, age limits and safety

Venues and suppliers may refuse entry or remove guests for drunkenness, unsafe behaviour, abusive behaviour, failure to show valid ID, dress-code issues or breach of venue rules. No refund is guaranteed if a guest or group is refused for these reasons. Many nightlife events are 18+.

Changes and cancellations by you

If you need to change group numbers, dates, times, venues or activities, contact us as early as possible. We will try to help, but changes depend on supplier availability and may involve fees, price changes or loss of deposit.

Changes by suppliers

Events and activities may be affected by weather, supplier changes, operational issues, safety concerns, licensing, venue decisions or circumstances outside our control. Where this happens, we will help arrange the supplier’s available alternative, credit or refund process.

Website content

We try to keep descriptions, dates, times, availability, inclusions, locations and prices accurate, but information can change. The final details are those confirmed in writing for your booking or shown by the booking platform at checkout.
